Shopping Policy

Minimum Order
We accept catering orders above $120. For orders below $100, please order directly from our pre-order sites.

Delivery Charges
A delivery charge of $30 (excluding GST) applies to orders between $120 and $350. Delivery charges are waived for orders above $350.

Payment Terms

  • All prices include 9% GST.

  • Prices and item availability are subject to change.

  • Payment is required in advance upon confirmation of the order.

  • We do not accept cash payments upon delivery.

  • Monthly billing is only available for corporate partners.

Delivery Timing

  • Deliveries can be scheduled in 30-minute time slots, ensuring your order arrives within your chosen window.

  • Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

  • While we strive for punctuality, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
