FreshKitchen Food Safety and Quality Guidelines
Most of our products are prepared on the day of the order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. To prevent any food safety issues, we recommend that our meals be consumed within 4 hours of preparation. This timeframe includes delivery time to ensure that the food remains safe and delicious for your enjoyment.
It’s crucial to clear any food within 4 hours from preparation, including delivery time. We also advise displaying the food for no more than 2 hours to maintain safety standards. Additionally, we do not include any raw food in our offerings, as this can fall into the danger zone for foodborne illnesses.
At Freshkitchen, we are proud to adhere to the highest safety standards. Our central kitchen is HACCP 22000 certified, ensuring rigorous processes and full traceability of our products. This certification is why we work with some of the largest and most certified manufacturers in Singapore. All our more sensitive items are prepared at our central kitchen under strict controls, rather than on-site. This is a significant difference from some caterers who operate canteens, allowing us to maintain a higher standard of food safety and quality.
Furthermore, we have been working with some of our suppliers for the past 15 years because they consistently maintain the highest food safety standards. This long-term relationship underscores our commitment to quality and safety.
By adhering to these guidelines and processes, we can significantly reduce the risk of food poisoning and ensure that you have a safe and pleasant dining experience with Freshkitchen.

Each order comes with paper plates, napkins and biodegradable corn cutlery. If you do not require these items you may request for no items in the ‘customer notes’ section on the check-out page.
I have specific dietary requirements
Our menu is categorised to help you identify specific diets (ie. Vegetarian, Gluten free and Vegan). We also have icons to indicate what a menu item may contain (allergens, animal / plant-based product).
