What is the minimum order?
We accept orders above $120 for catering. For orders below $100 please order directly from our pre-order sites.
Is there a delivery charge?
A delivery charge of $30 is applied for orders between $120 and $350 . Delivery charges are waived for orders above $350
What are the payment terms?
Prices are inclusive of 9% GST. Price and availability of items are subject to change. Payment is made in advance upon on confirmation of order. We do not accept cash payments on delivery. Monthly billings only available corporate partners.
What is the delivery timing?
You can choose a time slot in ½ hour segments. Your delivery will arrive within this 30-minute time slot. Orders can be made Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm. In the unlikely event that the delivery is late due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot accept liability for loss or inconvenience caused.
How many days in advance should I place my order?
Our lead time for catering orders is two working days and cut off time is 12pm. Orders placed on Monday before 12pm will be delivered on Wednesday; while orders placed on Monday after 12pm will be delivered earliest on Thursday.
I have specific dietary requirements
Our menu is categorised to help you identify specific diets (ie. Vegetarian, Gluten free and Vegan). We also have icons to indicate what a menu item may contain (allergens, animal / plant-based product). Does the order come with cutlery?
Each order comes with paper plates, napkins and biodegradable corn cutlery. If you do not require these items you may request for no items in the ‘customer notes’ section on the check-out page.
In what packaging will the items be delivered?
Our platters are delivered in a cardboard box. We make every effort to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible and hope to find a solution for the few items which are not biodegradable yet.
I have a bespoke order. Can I speak to someone?
Yes. If you have a specific order that cannot be accommodated via the website please contact us at catering@freshkitchen.sg or call our catering hotline +65 8802 3981.
How long can we keep the food before consuming?
Items should be consumed within two hours of delivery.
When is my order confirmed?
After submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation once the order has been processed.
Can I change my order?
Before your scheduled delivery, should you have any amendments to be made to your order and we will do our best to acommodate your request..
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancelation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of your delivery date will be charged in full.

Sustainable Sourcing
We are freshening up your meals. From locally grown kale by Sustenir Agriculture to sustainably sourced salmon from MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified suppliers, ingredients of the highest quality and freshness are at the heart of our wide selection of salads, wraps, grain bowls, canapes and desserts. Using carefully selected produce from nearby sources whilst supporting local farmers, we ensure that you and your guests can savour our Freshkitchen! culinary delights.
Greener Packaging
We are greening your events. With plastic waste being a world-wide environmental challenge, Freshkitchen! is making a conscious effort to incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable products in our catering services. We are offering you and your guests biodegradable lunchboxes made from renewable fibre bagasse, disposable wooden cutlery as well as other recyclable cardboard packaging materials.
